What time will the gates open?

The gates open at 2.30pm, with the first act on the main stage from 4pm. 

Is there wheelchair access?

The main gates on Sea Street have a 'stop drop and go' area for accessibility access.

There are grandstands on the western side of the venue, which feature signed wheelchair seating spaces at the top of each stand. Disability seating is available in front of the dining room.

On-site disability parking is available via Thompson Street.

Will my bags be searched at the gate?

It is a condition of entry to the Muster that a search of you and/or your possessions will be required at the time of entry to the Muster If you do not consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the Muster.  Any Prohibited Items will be confiscated and will not be returned.

Do I need to show a ticket to enter the event?

You can show your tickets on your phone, but if preferred tickets can be printed at home prior to this event. 

Can I bring my own chairs?

Chairs are allowed except in the Chair Exclusion Zone in front of the stage. 

There is no specific rule as to what size chairs need to be, but we suggest you bring a low-profile chair.  Please exercise common sense and ensure that your chair is easily portable and will not cause obstruction. 

There are limited grandstands around the edge of the venue, these are on a first come, first seated basis. 

What happens if I need first aid during the event?

The First Aid area will be signposted in the downstairs office of two-story bricking building. In the event of an emergency, please make your way to one of the emergency exits and follow the directions from ‘Muster’ staff.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

  • The Muster is strictly no alcohol, and bags and Eskys will be searched.
  • Food can be brought into the muster event. All drinks must be sealed.
  • You can bring in unsealed EMPTY plastic or metal water bottles or plastic or foam cups.
  • Any opened bottles will be required to be emptied before entry. Free drinking water will be available at the water station.
  • There will be food stalls at the event including BBQ, pizza, pasta, coffee, donuts and much more.  

 

Can I bring an esky or cooler bag to the event?

Small Eskys and cooler bags will be allowed into venue.

All Eskys and cooler bags will be searched. 

Will there be water available?

There will be a free water station for refilling water bottles. 

Will ‘Pass Outs’ be available during the event?

There will be no pass outs for this event unless in an emergency or medical situation. So please be sure to bring everything you need for the whole day/night. 

Is there parking available?

Parking

On-site parking will be on a first come first parked basis, with access via Thompson Street.

Disabled parking will be via this entry, and parking pass must be shown.

We ask that all other patrons do not park on sporting fields and respect nearby residents' driveways.

Stop and Drop

A 'Stop and Drop' zone has been established in the Council Deport carpark on the bottom of Thompson Street.

Entry

Pedestrian entry will be via the main gates on Sea Street, and also Thompson Street.

 

Is smoking allowed at the event?

Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue. 

Will the event go ahead if it rains?

The concert will proceed rain or shine, only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either weather scenario

What do I need to bring with me on the day?

  • Tickets
  • Empty plastic or metal water bottle (not glass) to fill up at drinking water station
  • Sun protection – sunglasses, hat, sunscreen
  • Footwear must be worn at all times
  • Fold up chairs, picnic rugs – only in seated areas 

What is not allowed at the event? What not to bring

  • Aerosol cans
  • Alcohol
  • Glass bottles or glass of any kind including food containers
  • Umbrellas, marquees, and shade tents
  • Weapons or items that are deemed unsafe
