The workshop will explore various meats, recipes and their nutritional benefits. Nose to tail eating is an almost forgotten tradition but is a fantastic way to reduce food waste while accessing the nutrients of very affordable cuts. The workshop includes demonstrations with two common organ meats plus creative recipe ideas for families!
