This event have been cancelled in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As part of our NAIDOC Week program, Kempsey Library will be painting a community mural at Wigay Aboriginal Culture Park, located at 58 Sea Street, West Kempsey, and we're looking for some keen, arty children to help us.

Wigay Park features many native trees, shrubs and plants used by Aboriginal people for food and medicinal purposes, and this colourful mural will reflect the beautiful flora and fauna of the local area, and the people who visit this park. The Wigay Park committee will also be running family-friendly activities, including a weaving wall.

Please wear old clothes, a hat and sunscreen, and bring water along with you to this family friendly event.
