Rosie Batty, Matt and Sarah Brown, Amani Haydar and Kamalle Dabboussy discuss their personal stories and the power of storytelling.  This event leads us into the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, an international campaign to challenge violence against women and girls which runs every year from 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, to 10 December, Human Rights Day.

Places for this unique, free online event are limited and booking are essential.

Stories are a source of information, knowledge, emotional connection and growth. This event centres on four inspiring authors, their experiences with gender-based violence, self-care, moving forward and the positive power of storytelling.

It will seek to add dimensions to women who are so much more than the violence inflicted on them, men taking on positive change and how intergenerational trauma affects us all – men, women and children.

The global theme for this year is “Orange the world: End violence against women now!”
