Grace + Hugh Up Armidale Road Tour

Join Grace and Hugh at Gladstone Hall for their 'Up the Armidale Road' Tour. 

Grace and Hugh are two songwriters who have journeyed across Australia, pushing a half-tonne piano down back roads and side alleys.

Grace and Hugh’s creative partnership was sparked when Grace was on the run from art school with a sketchpad full of songs. Hugh was returning from playing across Australia and the United States, racking up songwriting credits with the likes of INXS, Keith Urban and soul legend Lou Rawls. Their chance meeting prompted a musical detour with no final destination.

Grace and Hugh’s first album was recorded between Sydney and Nashville, including co-writes with Don Walker (Cold Chisel) and Bones Hillman (Midnight Oil). The pair have played everywhere from old halls to some of Australia's finest theatres, joined on occasion by a cracking 5 piece band... trombone and all!

This is a free event however, bookings are essential.
