Animal Care Services Truck comes to Kempsey
The Animal Welfare League NSW’s Animal Care Truck is visiting Kempsey for one day only and will be offering free veterinary services!
This offer is targeted towards low-income earners, pensioners and those experiencing financial hardship.
Services include:
- Free pet health checks
- Free microchipping
- Free Dog C3 vaccinations
- Limited free Cat F3 vaccinations - please note that due to an ongoing F3 vaccine shortage, we will have limited supply. Kittens will be prioritised and adult cats will be vaccinated at the vet's discretion.
CATS MUST BE IN CARRIERS AND DOGS ON LEAD.
Find us at Kempsey Showground, Thompson St Entrance from 8am - 12pm.

Is there a maximum number of animals per household?
We can see a maximum number of 3 animals per household.
Do I need to book or just show up on the day?
We don’t take bookings, please show up on the day between the mentioned times. If we are busy, wait times can be long so please be patient and consider packing for weather.
What do I need to bring?
Bring photo ID and you must be the owner of the animal and 18+ for us to assist. Bring a pension/health care card if you have one. It will also be helpful if you bring previous pet vaccination records.
