The Oven Mountain Pumped Hydro Energy Storage project is an ‘off river’ pumped hydro energy development located on private land near the Macleay River between Armidale and Kempsey.

This project will provide clean energy generation and storage capabilities to ensure a sustainable, resilient and reliable future energy supply for NSW.

The Oven Mountain team is inviting residents to come along for a series of information sessions across the shire to have their questions answered and find out more on the project. Those that are interested are encouraged to drop by at between the listed times.
