All bridges are open and flood structures to return to normal Friday

UPDATE
๐ The Bureau of Meteorology REMOVED the flood warning for the Macleay River at 12.18pm Tuesday 1 November.
๐All flood structures will return to their regular positions on Friday as normal tidal conditions are occurring.
๐ROADS AND BRIDGES๐
Bridges that cross the Macleay River upstream of Kempsey are open, except for Bellbrook Bridge. Temagog Bridge may CLOSE overnight.

๐ Turners Flat Bridge is OPEN
๐ Temagog Bridge is OPEN
๐ Toorooka Bridge is OPEN
๐ Bellbrook Bridge is OPEN
ROAD STATUS
๐ No roads have been officially closed.
Please exercise caution and drive to conditions.

โฝ Staff are on site and pumps are in place and operational.
โฝ Groundwater levels have been trending downward since September, however recent rainfall has seen further rises in groundwater levels.
โฝ Council staff will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates if conditions change.
๐WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?๐
๐ต๏ธโ๏ธ Residents and visitors are urged to remain cautious on the roads for localised impacts and not attempt to drive through floodwaters or cross flooded bridges.
๐ Council welcomes advice from residents in outlying areas regarding any concerns which may be reported to Council on 6566 3200.
