To help native bushland thrive, weedy tree species are being targeted during tree works scheduled in Grassy Head Holiday Park.

Kempsey Shire Council is working with contractors Langham Tree Services to lop and remove several non-native species in and around the holiday park.

Works are scheduled to take place in the week commencing Monday 21 August, depending on the weather. It is expected to take around 5 days to complete.

Following these works, Council will target lantana and other weed species in the area through hand spraying.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Council on 6566 3200.
