Landslip on the Kempsey-Armidale Road

A large landslip has occurred on the Kempsey-Armidale Road.

The landslip is located approximately 500m to the Kempsey side of Schoolhouse Creek. This location is east of Bellbrook.

The road is reduced to a single lane.

The location will be inspected early Wednesday morning to determine if the site can be cleared and stabilised safely. Further advice to be provided at this time.

As a result of the slip, areas along the Kempsey-Armidale Road west of the slip site are isolated.
