Published on 13 September 2022
The Kundabung Community Catch-up has been rescheduled to Thursday 20 October due to it falling on a recently declared public holiday.
The Australian Government has announced a National Day of Mourning Her Majesty The Queen on Thursday 22 September, which was the same day as the Kundabung Community Catch-up.
At Community Catch-up’s Councillors and Council staff are available to discuss the individual community’s needs and answer Council related questions.
The last Catch-up in Kundabung was attended by around 20 people in 2019. Key issues raised were in relation to upgrading and maintaining Smiths Creek Road, improving signage and existing facilities.
The aim of the upcoming Catchup will be to talk about what Council has delivered in this area, review the impacts and effects of flood, answer questions submitted by residents and plan what should happen next in Kundabung.
This is a structured workshop and residents are asked to RSVP and submit their questions to Council at Your Say Macleay
Location: Kundabung Community Hall
Date: Thursday 20 October
Times of event:
4pm - 5pm councillor meet and mingle
5pm - 7pm structured community workshop, refreshments available.
