Her Majesty The Queen passed away on 8 September 2022.

For 70 years, Queen Elizabeth the Second has reigned as Australia’s Head of State. During her reign, The Queen visited Australia 16 times and saw more of this country than most Australians, visiting every state and territory.

Kempsey Shire Council would like to express profound sadness on the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and extend sincere condolences to members of the Royal Family.
