Havachat Bridge replacement

Kempsey Shire Council will commence the replacement of a timber bridge on Mungay Creek Road, locally called Havachat Bridge on Monday 26 July.

The replacement is expected to take 6 weeks.

During this time, Mungay Creek Road will be closed at this location and an alternative route is available via Mines Road

Council apologises for any inconvenience.
