From water to waste, pets to planning, rates to roads, the range and complexity of what Kempsey Shire Council does is staggering. And whether we’re working on policies, plans or potholes, the people of Kempsey Shire are our top priority.
They have around 365 dedicated staff working all over the shire who manage $1.1 billion worth of assets and lead and work with the community to build an inspired, connected Macleay Valley.
And right now they have a huge range of careers on offer. They are looking for people who’ll put Kempsey Shire at the heart of all they do and champion the values of passion, integrity, innovation, communication, respect and collaboration.
