Belmore River crossover gate leaking

A leak has been discovered on one of the Belmore River Crossover Gates

Council Staff have identified that the leak has been caused by an obstruction.

Staff have attempted to rectify the situation, however the leak is causing water to enter the upper Belmore River.

We will continue our attempts to rectify the situation and provide further advice as required.

Landholders of the Lower Macleay are advised to monitor your own situation and act accordingly.
