Have your say on Council’s key documents and plans

As part of Kempsey Shire Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting framework, a series of draft documents have been progressively released for public exhibition and community feedback via Your Say Macleay.

Now open for feedback are the Draft Delivery Program 2025–2029, Operational Plan 2025/26 and supporting documents.

The Delivery Program 2025–2029 sets out Council’s priorities for the current term, outlining what is achievable and where efforts will be focused. It provides a clear roadmap for how Council will work towards the long-term goals identified by the community.

The Operational Plan 2025/26 breaks this down into the specific projects, services and actions to be delivered over the next financial year.

These key plans guide how Council allocates resources and ensures transparency in how we serve the community. By reviewing and providing feedback, residents can help shape the direction of services and projects across the Shire.
