Are you a young artist eager to showcase your creativity?

Join us in an exciting collaboration with the local organisation, Learning the Macleay, and our Economic Development and Tourism team as we embark on a project to infuse a tourism billboard with rich cultural messaging and imagery.

Young Macleay Valley artists aged 12-25 are invited to create a design for the billboard located on Macleay Valley Way in Clybucca. This billboard will serve as a warm welcome to visitors while reminding them to travel safely through Dunghutti country.

We're searching for artwork that beautifully captures Dunghutti history, culture and landscapes, celebrating its integral role in our community. The successful artist will receive $500 for their design.

Through the redesign of this billboard, we aim to take a small yet significant step towards showcasing the diversity and vibrancy of the Macleay Valley Coast.

Make your submission by midnight, Tuesday 11 June by emailing it to paul.k@kbhac.org.au and for more information call Paul on 0481 587 068.

Artwork should be of exceptional quality, and we eagerly welcome submissions in various styles – whether paint, pencil, digital, or beyond.
