Community and Creativity Merge in Vibrant Mural

In a colourful display of community spirit, talented street artist Damon Moroney, also known as Iknograffix, led a colour-by-numbers mural project that was completed in under five hours during the Macleay Youth Laneway Festival.

The project, described as a "community colour-by-numbers," invited residents of all ages to pick up a brush and contribute to the large-scale artwork.

Supported by Essential Energy, the project highlights a partnership aimed at fostering community engagement through art.

Moroney is set to continue his artistic contributions by completing additional murals on the same building soon. The success of this event and ongoing projects reflect the town's growing reputation as a centre for cultural innovation!
