Weed Spraying upcoming for Sea Street Oval

Council will be spraying Sea Street Oval to control grass growth in drainage on Wednesday 24 January. 

This was originally scheduled for Wednesday 17 January, but was postponed due to wet weather.

Spraying will take place between 6:30am and 7:30am.

The products being used are Concussion 540K Herbicide and Dicamba M Selective Herbicide.

During spraying, the area will be closed to the public. Council staff will be on site to oversee the process and signage will be in place to let you know when the spraying is happening.

Once the products are dry, the area will be reopened for public use. 

Spraying will be carried out in line with Council's Pesticide Notification Plan.
