Belmore River and Kinchela Creek relief gates now CLOSED

Flood relief gates at Belmore River and Kinchela Creek are now closed as water returned to an appropriate level early on Friday Morning.

Council began closing the relief gates progressively at 3am Friday 1 April. These relief gates are now closed.

Please continue to monitor the situation closely and act accordingly.
