The Workforce Management Plan is part of our Resourcing Strategy, along with long-term financial planning, and Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP).
Workforce planning is the alignment of an organisation’s human capital with its corporate business strategy. It is a methodical evidence-based process of determining future workforce needs, through analysing the current capacity and capability of the workforce. It involves identifying the gaps between the present and the future and defining strategies to fill those gaps and manage how an organisation adapts.
