Welcome to Water Services
Kempsey Shire Council’s Water Services team operates and maintains the Kempsey Shire’s town water and sewerage services.
We aim to:
- provide your home or business with drinking water to National Health and Medical Research Council standards
- collect, treat and manage reclaimed water in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.
Water Services has established a Customer Consultative Committee so customers can contribute to planning and decision-making processes.
Members come from a variety of backgrounds, including the residential, social, business and rural sectors. This helps us respond to your changing needs and concerns.
