TQE 24/43 - Upper Macleay Valley Landslip - 14 sites at Pee Dee

Kempsey Shire Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors for the Remediation of Landslips at 14 Sites in the Pee Dee area. Tenders must comply in all respects with the Conditions of Tendering.

A mandatory tender briefing session will be conducted Tuesday 8 October 2024. Refer to site briefing details in the Tender documents.

The purpose of the briefing session is to advise all potential Tenderers of the background of the project and the tender process to ensure suppliers have an understanding of the requirements to submit a conforming tender.

Upon evaluation of the EOI a group of respondents will be shortlisted to be invited to the second phase of the process, a select Request for Tender.

Council is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the provision of the Lease and Operation of two (2) of Councils swimming pool complexes located at Kempsey and South West Rocks in accordance with the requirements identified in the Specification.

TQE 24-36 - Settlers Way water Booster Pump Station (D&C)

Kempsey Shire Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the Design and Construction of a new Water Booster Pump Station located at Settlers Way in South Kempsey.

A Mandatory site briefing is scheduled for 11am 16 January 2025 at the Settlers Way location.

Tenderers to note that no questions will be answered between the period of Monday 23 December 2025 to Friday 3 January 2025.

Tenderers are to respond by 2pm AEDT on Tuesday 04 February 2025.
