Food, entertainment and stall holder expression of interest

Council will be hosting several large-scale public events during 2023 for a range of audiences. We are seeking interest from food vans, food vendors, stall holders and entertainers to attend these events.

 

Applications will be assessed by a range of criteria including: 

  1. Type of entertainment: We have a range of events ranging from youth festivals to art exhibits.

  2. Menu options: We aim to have a broad range of food and drink options at our event/s.

  3. Affordability: We will have a broad range of members of the community attending event/s and encourage a wide range of price points.

  4. Sustainable Practices: Vendors with sustainable practices around packaging and straws will be highly regarded.  

  5. Local / Regional Suppliers: We encourage and support businesses from the Kempsey Shire and neighbouring areas.
