Owners and occupiers of properties in the Kempsey CBD and Rural Lower Macleay who are affected by flood waters are eligible to join Kempsey Shire Council's SMS Notification List. Members of the list will receive SMS notifications from Council during flood events. This notification system should not replace contacting your local authorities for up to date information during a flood.
