Integrated development

Integrated Development requires a bushfire safety authority from the NSW Rural Fire Service pursuant to s100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997, and an approval under Part 3 of Chapter 3 of the Water Management Act 2000.

The application and documents may be inspected by the public

The documents may be inspected at Kempsey Shire Council, 22 Tozer Street, West Kempsey, any time between 8:30am and 4:30pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). South West Rocks Library, 22 Landsborough Street, South West Rocks, any time between 10:00am-1:00pm and 2:00pm-5:00pm, Tues-Thurs 9:00am-12:00pm, Saturday.

Exhibition period

The exhibition period for the proposed development is 30 days, commencing on 6 June 2018 and ending on 5 July 2018.

Submissions

If a submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of objection must be specified in the submission.
