The following application has been received and is notified in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000.

The development application and the documents accompanying the application, including the environmental impact statement, may be inspected at Kempsey Shire Council’s Customer Services (located at 22 Tozer Street, West Kempsey) during normal business hours between 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Exhibition period

The exhibition period for the proposed development commences on 27 September 2016 and ending on 10 October 2016.
