Description of the proposed development
Staged Development Application - 'Saltwater' Residential Subdivision with Stage 1 Comprising of 29 Lots.
Integrated Development - as a bushfire safety authority from the NSW Rural Fire Service pursuant to S100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997 is required
The application and documents may be inspected by the public
The development application and the documents accompanying the application, including the environmental impact statement, may be inspected at Kempsey Shire Council’s Customer Services (located at 22 Tozer Street, West Kempsey) during normal business hours between 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
The advertising period for the proposed development is 28 days, commencing on 13 January 2015 and ending on 9 February 2015.
If a submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of objection must be specified in the submission.

If you would like your personal details or any information that will identify you withheld from the public, please make this clear in your submission and provide contact details so that Council can discuss this with you if required as there may be circumstances where Council cannot by law withhold this information.
