Council Chambers, West Kempsey
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, relevant legislation has been amended to allow Councils to meet ‘virtually’ (online) and observe best practice social distancing and isolation protocols.
Kempsey Shire Council meetings will be accessible to the public via livestream only. No public gallery will be available until further notice.
Registered public forum speakers for the Monday afternoon prior to the Council meeting are advised their presentation will be telecast to Councillors via video conference. If isolation and travel restrictions prevent attendance, written presentations, submitted by 9am the morning of the public forum, will be read out to Councillors by Governance staff.
