Week commencing 21 October 2019

Clarke - DSH cat

Pet of the Week

Clarke is a lovely natured 1-2 year old boy who enjoys a good scratch. He is somewhat trained (uses his kitty litter box). Clarke is looking for his forever home, one preferably without any other cats as he likes loads of attention but at the same time enjoys his space. He isn’t desexed and requires microchipping & registration for his adoption.

To rehome Clarke, read the Impounded Animals page on Council’s website at www.kempsey.nsw.gov.au/pound then contact Council’s Customer Service Centre on 6566 3200 and quote Clarke’s impound number, 11040

National Water Week

Small Business Month 2019 banner

It’s National Water Week and this year’s theme is ‘It’s Time to Change the World’.

Kempsey Shire Council reminds residents and visitors that changing the world starts with us.

Ensuring we all observe the Level 2 water restrictions currently in place and making small behaviour changes around the home are the best ways to conserve water in these dry conditions.

So for this National Water Week and beyond, let’s change the world by thinking globally and acting locally.

Visit www.kempsey.nsw.gov.au/restrictions to find out how the current restrictions affect you and follow Kempsey Shire Council on Facebook for great water saving tips this Water Week.
