Mid North Coast Joint Organisation Draft Statement of Revenue Policy
The Mid North Coast Joint Organisation (MNCJO) Board resolved to place the Draft MNCJO Statement of Revenue Policy on public exhibition for a period of forty-Seven (47) days.
The Draft MNCJO Statement of Revenue Policy is on exhibition from 10 December 2018 to 25 January 2019 and is available to download from Council’’s website or in hard copy at the Tozer Street office.
Members of the public are invited to make a submission in relation to the draft document. Submissions can be made in writing addressed to the General Manager, Kempsey Shire Council, PO Box 3078 West Kempsey NSW 2440 or by email to ksc@kempsey.nsw.gov.au up until 4:30pm Friday 25 January 2019.

Weekly works schedule
This week our crews will be working on:

- Bridge construction/maintenance: Complete replacement of bracing boards at Black Bullocks; complete Gladstone boardwalk
- Flood mitigation maintenance: Continue refurbishment of Clancy’s Drain & Euroka Creek floodgates; complete Boyters Lane footpath extensions; clean and inspect boat ramps at South West Rocks, Macleay River and Stuarts Point
- Drainage/kerb/footpath maintenance: Complete removal of kerb and gutter and dish drain on Carrai Street; complete sealing of concrete on Kemp Street footpath at Court House; complete excavation and installation of Polwood Street footpath as part of PAMP works
- Bitumen road resealing/maintenance: Complete works on beach carparks, South West Rocks Road, Belmore River Right Bank Road, Arakoon Road, Lighthouse Road and tourist drives
- Bitumen road construction/rehabilitation: Complete reseal of Plummers Lane; complete private works on Pipers Creek Road; commence road repairs at Macleay Water, Potters Hill
- Gravel road maintenance grading: Complete works on Carrai Road, Collombatti Road, First Lane and Pipers Creek Road
- Roadside slashing: Complete works in West Kempsey and on South West Rocks Road
- Other works: Complete traffic island and median works; commence South Street works
- Open Space operations: Complete Gladstone Park upgrade works; complete pre-Christmas maintenance in Kempsey and South West Rocks

A development application and accompanying documents may be inspected at Kempsey Shire Council, 22 Tozer Street, West Kempsey, any time between 8:30am and 4:30pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) during the exhibition period.
Any person may make a written submission to the consent authority in relation to a development application during the exhibition period. If a submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of objection must be specified in the submission. Please note that any submission received by Council may be made publicly available.
A person who makes a written submission to a development application is required to disclose all reportable political donations and gifts (if any) made by the person making the submission or any associate of that person within the period commencing two years before the submission is made and ending when the application is determined.
